Our three main class rules are: Respect, Responsibility & Safety
Respect: Treat each person the way that you would like to be treated. Raise your hand to talk in class. Bullying will not be tolerated!
Responsibility: Come to school each school day. Do your homework and R.A.H. each night. Use your time in class wisely by staying on task.
Safety: Walk in the classroom and halls at all times. Keep your hands and feet to yourself. Report behaviors that are a danger to you or others.
Our classroom is a fun and safe learning environment. Respect is of utmost importance. Each one of us deserves to be treated with care and kindness. Breaking a respect rule will carry consequences ranging from writing sentences or appology letters to phone calls home. Bullying will be handled with a referral. Breaking a responsibility rule will carry consequences that include recess study hall to catch up on missing work and/or parent contact if the responsibility challenges do not improve. Breaking a safety rule will first be handled with a warning, second with sentence writing, third with a parent contact. Dangerous or harmful behaviors will result in a written referral and parent contact.
