  • Youth Truth Survey Results

    This year we asked for our students, families and staff at North and South Middle Schools and GPHS to participate in giving us their feedback about their schools. We provided the opportunity for them to take the Youth Truth Survey which asked a variety of questions. These are the results and highlights of that survey.

  • Budget Committee Vacancies

  • Annual Father Daughter Dance

    Get ready for the annual father daughter dance on February 9th. This year will be glow in the dark theme. K-5 graders are welcome and all proceeds will go to the GPHS sparrow! Click on the above link to take you to pre-registration.

  • Wrestling Tournament

    On December 14th and 15th, 42 wrestling teams showed up to Grants Pass High School for the annual Grants Pass Winter Kickoff wrestling tournament. There was a Boys and Girls tournament and teams ranged from all over Oregon and Northern California. The Grants Pass High School Boys ended up 5th and the Girls came in 8th. There was one GP champion, 11th grader Samantha Dara, who is undefeated in the season so far. The tournament was a great success for our program and continues to grow in popularity.

  • PE Teacher of the Year

    Riverside Elementary's Jordan Werner, was just awarded PE Teacher of the Year by the Oregon Society of Physical Health & Educators (SHAPE)!

  • AVID Students Attend Portland College Fair

    24 AVID students attended this year's Portland College Fair. There were over 250 schools present. Students were able to talk with representatives from each of the colleges that they were interested in and receive information. They were also able to talk with college borad reps about the SAT and received financial aid information as well. It was a great opportunity for the students to start to narrow down their choice of schools.

  • Open to the Public Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACES) Presentations

    Come learn about this landmark public health study and how it has redefined what we know about human development, how we adapt to our environment, and how we can be resilient.     The Grants Pass School District is proud to announce the partnership between Siskiyou Community Health Center and Allcare Health to open a school-based health center (SBHC) inside Grants Pass High School
