Examples of when to call:
Can’t take roll
Teacher Station won’t work
Projector won’t work, including a blown-out bulb
You have no internet
Computer will not boot up
Software does not load
For all other issues, please submit a ticket at the button above.
Techs are scheduled at the schools on certain days. The ticket system is what notifies them to visit your classroom when they are at your location. It also tracks progress on your issue and sends status updates to your email.
