Submit a Trouble Ticket

If you are unable to teach due to a technology issue, please call the IS Department immediately at 541-474-5715.

Examples of when to call:

  • Can’t take roll

  • Teacher Station won’t work

  • Projector won’t work, including a blown-out bulb

  • You have no internet

For all other issues, please submit a ticket at the button above. 
Techs are scheduled at the schools on certain days.  The ticket system is what notifies them to visit your classroom when they are at your location.
