Request for Proposal - Security Cameras

Grants Pass School District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors with expertise in K-12 school systems for design, installation, services, and management of closed circuit security camera systems for the Grants Pass School District’s campuses, including our operations and support sites. 

Only emailed proposals will be accepted. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure delivery of electronically-transmitted proposals prior to the deadline. Late materials will not be considered.  Any Proposal received after the deadline shall not be considered. All Proposals must be electronically submitted no later than December 19, 2019 at 3:30 PM to:

All proposers will comply with the applicable provisions of ORS 279.350 pertaining to the wage rate requirements, which are not less than the prevailing wage rates.  All proposers will also comply with ORS 656.017 pertaining to workers compensation coverage for all their subject workers.

The Board of Directors, Grants Pass School District No. 7, Grants Pass, Oregon may reject any bid, not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding by the District that it is in the public interest to do so.

No bidder may withdraw or modify his bid after the date and hour set for the opening thereof or before award of a contract, unless such award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.  All Proposals and all prices quoted in Proposals shall be firm for a period of thirty (30) days after the proposal closing date.
