Supporting Resilient Families Workshop Series

Grants Pass School District 7 is launching a new resource to provide support for families while quarantined together. It’s called Supporting Resilient Families.

Each Wednesday, a team of Behavior Interventions Specialists, therapists and psychologists will connect with families LIVE through Zoom and provide practical advice and suggestions for navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. From managing screen time to finding ways to stay positive, our team of experts will give you some simple, helpful tools, and answer any questions you may have.

Workshops will be held Wednesday at 10:30 am and again at 6:30 pm.

The next workshops are as follows:


• May 6th: Self-Regulation and Mindfulness Strategies for the Whole Family
• May 13th: Strategies and Tools for Managing Screen Time and Supporting Healthy Sleep Routines
• May 20th: Staying in the Positive: Gratitude and Family Meetings that Focus on Strengths
• May 27th: Social and Emotional Well Being: Three Ways to Support Positive Coping Skills
