Summer Fitness and Conditioning 2019

Do you want to stay in shape over the summer?  Join in the Summer Fitness and Conditioning 2019 camp, at the All-Sports Park from June 17th-August 19th from 7am to 8:30am Monday through Friday.  There is no charge and it is a great way to train with others who are at the same fitness level as you!
