Calling all incoming Grants Pass School District 7 kindergartners! 

Get ready for an exciting and FREE summer adventure designed just for you! We're thrilled to announce our special two-week summer camp sessions for all incoming kindergartners in District 7. It's the perfect way to learn, play, and make new friends before school starts, all at no cost to your family!

When and where?

When: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Where: Choose the session that works best for your schedule. Each session is two weeks long.

• Session 1: June 29th -July 10th at Riverside Elementary (THIS SESSION IS FULL)
• Session 2: July 13th -24th at Highland Elementary or Lincoln Elementary
• Session 3: July 27th - August 7th at Highland Elementary

This is "drop off!" Drop your child off, run errands, and have some time for yourself while they have fun with us! 

What's in Store?

• Week 1: Critter "Bug" Camp! Get ready to become a bug expert! We'll dive into the fascinating world of bugs and insects through hands-on activities, games, and explorations. As a special treat, every day you'll receive an Eric Carle book to take home and add to your library!
• Week 2: "Ocean" Camp! Splash into the wonders of the ocean! We'll discover amazing ocean animals and learn important social-emotional skills through stories, creative projects, and cooperative play.

Classes will be capped at 20 students. First-come, first-served. Families must provide transportation. 

On Friday, May 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM, the registration link will be sent via email or text to parents or guardians of students who are currently registered for the 2026-27 school year with Grants Pass School District 7.  If you need to register your child for kindergarten, please visit our kindergarten registration webpage.
